All consultants of fire risk assessment at Phoenix Executive have qualified through courses at the national Fire Service College at Moreton-in Marsh, Gloucestershire in all aspects of new Fire Safety Order, as well as achieving academic qualifications for fire risk assessment by examination of the Institution of Fire Engineers.

On 1st October 2006, Fire Safety Law saw what was probably the most significant change in 30 years when, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 was introduced.

This new legislation now places a duty upon the ‘Responsible Person’ to ensure the safety of employees and members of the public who are at their premises.

As well as fire risk assessment we have developed a number of fire safety training courses that meet the requirements of the new Fire Safety Order. A part of the training requirement is that Fire Wardens must be competent in the correct use of fire extinguishers and evacuation processes.
